Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoPact ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CoPact is an iOS application that helps users manage screen time through app blocking, focus sessions, pacts, and usage analytics. The app uses Apple's Screen Time framework to enforce blocks at the operating system level.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoPact. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

4. Accounts

You may create an account using Email or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

CoPact offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store:

• • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

6. App Blocking Disclaimer

CoPact uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to block access to apps. In Locked mode, sessions cannot be cancelled early by design. By choosing Locked mode, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be able to access blocked apps until the session completes. CoPact is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by voluntary use of Locked mode.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within CoPact are owned by CoPact and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoPact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inability to access apps during Locked sessions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CoPact at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
